Secoda is proud to announce the release of RuleSafe v4.0, its most advanced Governance, Risk & Compliance framework. RuleSafe 4.0 is the latest version of our GRC solution already licensed by 250,000 users worldwide, across many organisations and sectors. This new version introduces a number of exciting and unique features, including personal dashboards and scorecards, comparative user 'benchmarking', and 'personalisation' that tailors the output of RuleSafe's knowledge portal to match each user's role and position; while detailed reporting maps overall progress and compliance. |

RuleSafe 4.0 has evolved to become the most powerful policy management and awareness solution in its class. Personal dashboards are created and presented to each user, showing them at-a-glance what they need to know, what tasks they need to perform, and how well they are performing in areas like acceptance of applicable policies, passing required quizzes and knowledge tests and keeping in touch with new developments. RuleSafe's unique 'benchmarking' system shows staff how they are performing against averaged performance ratings of their peers, or across the organisation as a whole. |
Special manager dashboards allow the managers of specific business units or divisions to view the compliance status and progress of all their direct reports, while more senior managers can view the performance of all managers and their units below them. Optional 'benchmarking' of comparative performance at management level allows managers to see how they and their unit or division is performing against a set of averaged scores of other managers, units or divisions at their level: A powerful motivator to ensure managers and staff stay ahead of their tasks and responsibilities! |
One of the biggest problems affecting any HR or compliance-related system is how to ensure that all employee details remain up to date, including tracking any changes in role, reporting lines, and precisely where every staff member suits within the organisational structure. This especially true where organisations are subject to regular restructuring, mergers or downsizing; when staff and management changes can easily throw most awareness or compliance programmes into chaos, or incur significant admin resources tracking all the changes and updating all systems in real time. |
The solution is a unique feature we call 'Personalisation', which asks every employee to periodically check and update their personal information in RuleSafe to ensure it remains accurate; thereby ensuring that RuleSafe's information delivery and GRC reports always reflect the precise structure of the organisation and everyone's role and status within it. RuleSafe then builds an accurate and up-to-date picture of the organisation and its management structure, enabling highly targetted information and tasks to be automatically directed at people according to their role or where they sit within the structure. |
RuleSafe is also a powerful document management system with advanced upload/download and document permissioning and linking features. Uploaded documents or other files can be assigned individual or group permissions and attached to policies, control or procedure statements, allowing you to create a hierarchical risk management document set linked to roles and other organisational attributes. Quiz editors and libraries enable fast creation of fixed or randomised knowledge tests to verify employee understanding of your requirements. |
Finally a new automated messaging system ensures that everyone is kept up to date with changes or additions to policies and procedures, or can be notified on an ad-hoc basis of new developments, risks or tasks. User's personal dashboards include a message inbox and staff can be measured on how often they visit and keep up to date on received messages and required tasks. RuleSafe provides you with all the tools you need to maintain and measure employee awareness and compliance across all of the GRC areas of your business. |
