What's New with Secoda & RuleSafe GRC

RuleSafe Cloud/SME is the latest variant in the RuleSafe product suite. It delivers the full functionality of RuleSafe Enterprise, delivered via a low cost, fully service-managed Cloud Computing infrastructure. Aimed at smaller organisations of 50 to 500 employees, RuleSafe SME includes additional 'bootstrap' features designed to get your users up and running within hours, with no software and hardware installation or IT administration work by you.

PoliServer is our one-stop ‘Compliance Appliance'. A 1U server with a pre-configured version of RuleSafe Enterprise version 4.0, preconfigured database, and bundled with backup and system health & performance monitoring software and sample policies and tests. PoliServer is currently available on a 30 day free trial for qualifying organisations. Additional training, knowledge and quiz modules are available as optional packages.

RulePace is the RuleSafe process automation module. This module automates repetitive, complex or paper based processes such as policy exception management, control self-assessments, business impact models, alerts, escalation processes and auto reminders. There is a library of modules which can be tailored to your exact needs or we can deliver bespoke solutions to automate your existing Governance Risk and Compliance processes.

RuleSafe for Greener Governance has now arrived. RuleSafe reduces the need for printed manuals copies of policies procedures and plans. RuleSafe also automates paper driven processes. RuleSafe SME is hosted in an energy efficient data centre to further reduce the total carbon footprint. To achieve a completely Carbon Neutral solution, Secoda purchases carbon offsets and at the same time you are reducing your costs.

Dashboards in RuleSafe, version 4 are more detailed and user friendly and provide additional reporting functionality. The dashboards are available as a corporate view, business unit view or individual employee view. The new dashboards calculate corporate, divisional and individual benchmarks (peer averages) and include data export to Excel. This allows individuals and business units see how they are faring in comparison to colleagues.

MultiMedia eLearning in RuleSafe is now available in all products. The multimedia eLearning module is now compatible with all file formats. You can now load everything from PowerPoint presentations to streaming video productions. These modules can be stand alone or linked to your policies. eLearning is very low cost per user to deploy and can be reused as many times as you require.

Randomised quiz generation has now been included in all RuleSafe products. This allows fully randomised questions to be generated with 1-10 multiple choice answers. Secoda provide a library of questions and answers for your assistance. Randomised quizzes ensure that different users are presented with different sets of questions at each runtime, thereby reducing the risk of staff completing tests and subsequently passing on answers to colleagues.
